Our Favorite Things January 2025
Welcome to our newest monthly treat! With seven women on Team Lily & Thistle (all knee-deep in the chaos of caring for others), we figured, why not share a little practical joy? Each month, we’ll each dish out one of our favorite finds that’s made life a little easier. There are no complicated rules—just something we’ve tried, loved, and now can’t live without. Think of it as your own personal virtual Favorite Things party. Here are our favorites for November:
- This marvelous invention makes family planning and goal-making so much easier and fun! We can hang it anywhere throughout the house when we need a reminder!
- Julie swears by this makeup hack for her sensitive skin. She uses it as a concealer.
- Emily is gearing up for another fun semester of Art Makes Me Smart with her kids and swears by these art trays to keep everything contained and quickly cleaned up!
- Grace makes the coolest ice cubes with this tool. Even a humble glass of water feels so fun and special!
- Amanda’s find has us wondering why we didn’t think of this! Such a brilliant invention!

- Sofia’s got the perfect thing if you’re having foot pain. You’ll be back on your feet in no time.
